Yonghui Western Logistics Center

In March 2010, Yonghui Logistics Co., Ltd signed an agreement to locate its Yonghui Western Logistics Center in Chongqing Western Logistics Park.

With a total land area of 189,676 square meters, this project has a total investment of CNY 660 million. The designed floor area is 230,000 square meters mainly for Procuring & Processing Center, Exhibition & Sales Center, Logistics & Distribution Center and supporting facilities.

After completion of the project, it will integrate the functions of procurement, processing, exhibition, distribution, sales, training and other supporting functions. It is estimated that the annual distributed value will reach CNY 6,000 million and annual tax payment will reach CNY 100 million with 1,500 job vacancies.

The construction of the project commenced in February 2011. By November 2015, the construction of storage and supporting facilities occupying about 110,000 square meters had been completed, BTC project planning for the remaining plots of about 120,000 square meters was approved, and CNY 643 million were invested into fixed assets. It can create the output value of CNY 6,200 million and tax payment of CNY 71 million every year, with more than 500 job vacancies.
